- Pre-paid orders cancelled 24 hours or more prior to delivery will receive a 90% refund. We charge a 10% administration fee.
- Refunds will be made via EFT to the client within 5 working days of receiving the cancellation request and such refund has been approved by Pekincheep.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on the day of scheduled delivery nor will refunds be issued for cancellations received less than 24 hours before delivery is scheduled.
- No refunds will be issued for goods received.
- If goods received by the client are not satisfactory according to the client, these can be returned to Pekincheep with Pekincheep’s driver and, upon inspection by Pekincheep and upon Pekincheep concurring that the goods are indeed not satisfactory, a full refund will be issued to the client within 5 working days.
- If, however, Pekincheep deems the goods to be in a satisfactory condition, the goods will either be returned to the client at the client’s expense, alternatively the goods will be disposed of if the client no longer wishes to take delivery of the goods. No refund will be issued to the client in this regard.

Pekincheep’s food products are frozen and perishable, please inspect your product when you receive it (before allowing it to defrost). If you find that the product is not up to our quality standards or that the packaging has been damaged during delivery, please contact us within one day of delivery and we may refund or exchange the item for you. Please keep the product as you received it in your freezer so that we can inspect it and make improvements in the future. We will not refund or exchange an item once consumed or after a period of 14 days from delivery.
It is within Pekincheep’s discretion whether a product will be exchanged or refunded, depending on each customers complaint and our ability to rectify the problem.
Pekincheep has a policy of honesty and integrity. We endeavour to give you the best product possible so will always try our very best to rectify any problem and take into consideration any suggestions that you may offer.
